• Service details: number of pets, frequency, gate codes, special instructions.
• Payment details: processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Site usage: standard server logs and analytics events (pages viewed, button clicks). No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To schedule and complete services you've requested.
• To send appointment confirmations, arrival texts, and "yard secured" notifications.
• To process payment and issue receipts.
• To respond to questions and improve our service quality.

SMS messaging consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during signup, you agree to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from Scoops Co. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Frequency varies by service plan.

Who we share with

We share information only with vendors who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our SMS provider, and our scheduling software. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing (which we do not engage in).
